These terms apply to the use of this website, including the purchase of our flowers and gifts. Please note that your continued use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
1. Currency and Pricing
All pricing on this website is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$).
2. Shipping and Delivery
PraiseBlooms delivers flowers and gifts all over Auckland, New Zealand. Shipping rates are outlined on our Shipping Terms page and on our Gift and Flower Delivery page, and will be quoted within all orders at checkout.
3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is a key aspect of our trade. If a customer is not happy with their order and can provide proof of the issue and common sense prevails that its not acceptable then we will make it up to you.
We’ll discuss the issue with you and look to provide a suitable outcome. This may include a redeliver of the original or a substitute order. A refund may be made to the same card as the original purchase. Any gift products requested to be returned must be in a new resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective.
4. Flower Availability and Substitution
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers do not meet our high quality standards, PraiseBlooms reserves the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you feel your Wild Poppies flowers (or other gifts) didn’t arrive in the best condition or have not lasted at least 3 days let us know within this time by emailing us at [email protected]. Once we’re confident that they have been cared for as recommended, we will happily replace the flowers.

- Orders can be cancelled, free of charge, if we haven’t yet arranged your flowers or gifts order. We can only guarantee changes if they are requested 24 hours before the delivery date
- Given the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds on cancelled orders that have been picked and arranged or are out for delivery on those perishable products.
- Non-perishable products may be approved for a refund if returned in new condition.
- Refunds can only be made back to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Approved refunds can take 3-5 business days to be completed.
6. Abuse & Fraud
PraiseBlooms reserves the right, with absolute discretion to hold an order if it’s suspected of abuse or fraud until further investigation is completed.
7. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by PraiseBlooms. In the unlikely event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
8. Gift Cards and Coupon Codes
- “Coupon Codes”(Includes gift vouchers and discounts) are valid from the time that they are introduce to the end date of the Coupon Code and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the end date.
- In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of the purchased product subsequently falls or is discounted owing to a Coupon Code, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. We are unable to offer Coupon Code discounts for purchases that have already been made.
- Coupon Codes are contingent on availability and we may change the terms or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.
- PraiseBlooms also reserve the right to offer different personalized Coupon Codes and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the Coupon Codes to redeem.
- Unless otherwise stated, only one(1) Coupon Code can be used per order.
8. Copyright
The contents of our website, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by our customers. No right, title or interest in any viewed or downloaded materials is transferred to a website user, as a result of viewing, downloading or copying any content on this site. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of this site.
9. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
PraiseBlooms shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, (iii) the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi) default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and (viii) any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond reasonable control.
