Delivery Info
FREE Auckland Delivery – Free delivery for most of Auckland, see our delivery map for exact delivery zones. There’s a $20 – $30 delivery charge for the outer regions of Auckland. No rural Auckland delivery available.
Same-day Flower Delivery – Same-day delivery is available Monday – Saturday for orders placed before 12-noon. Closed on Sunday except for deliveries and special events
Expected Delivery Time – Orders placed in advance usually arrive before 2pm. Orders placed for same-day delivery are expected to arrive before 6pm. Delivery time for the outer-Auckland regions to arrive before 7pm

Flower varieties and colour variations may vary due to seasonal availability. We will substitute any flowers that is not available for any type of reason. With the same or higher monetary value and in a similar style or colour.Â

1. How do I make an order?
First time shopping with PraiseBlooms? Welcome aboard! Just visit our website at praiseblooms.co.nz to place your order. It only takes 5 easy steps & 3 minutes!

- Add to cart and add-on items (if any)
- Select your delivery date
- Insert your contact and shipping details
- Make your payment and we’ll be creating your special gift for you. You’ll receive an order confirmation sent to your email.
2. Can I make a custom flower order?
Yes! We love creating tailor-made florals for every occasion. Reach out to us at least 1 day before delivery with what you would like and we will get back to you asap.
3. Do we do wedding flowers/ event florals?
Yes, we’ve done fresh and artificial arrangements for weddings, events and photoshoots. Reach out to us with what you’re looking for and we’ll help make your vision come true.
4. Can I cancel or change my order details?
Yes, you can but you’ll need to inform us ASAP. If you’d like to change your order, please contact us with your new order details. We do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee changes if they are requested 1 day before the delivery date
5. Are payments on your site secure?
We work with Stripe to make shopping online safe. Stripe holds all credit card information securely. No credit card information is held or accessible to us.
6. What happens if the recipient is not home when the order arrives?
If you’ve provided specific delivery instructions (e.g, leave at the front door), we will follow them.
If there are no instructions and a phone number is included, we will attempt to contact the recipient or sender for further guidance. Please note: we cannot make international calls.
If we can’t reach the recipient or the sender and the location is secure, we may leave your package and a photos of the delivery location will be sent to the sender. Please double-check your delivery address as this helps ensure a smooth delivery.
Additional fees may apply if your delivery needs to be redirected.
