Refund & Returns Policy
PraiseBlooms prides itself in delivering fresh beautiful flowers and other products in the best possible condition to you. We understand that our products are often sent as special gifts and we want to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience.
If you feel your flowers or gift didn’t arrive in the best condition or have not lasted at least 3 days let us know within this time. Once we’re confident that they have been cared for as recommended below, we will happily replace the flowers.
1. Terms of Returns:
- Orders can be cancelled or changed, free of charge, if we haven’t yet arranged your flowers or gifts order. Given the perishable nature of our products, we can only guarantee cancellations and changes if they are requested 24 hours before the delivery date.
- Non-perishable products may be approved for a refund if returned in new, unopened condition.
- Refunds can only be made back to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Approved refunds can take 3-5 business days to be completed.
2. Delivery & Re-Delivery Terms
- PraiseBlooms is not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. If you are the sender, you must make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given on the order form.
- If you’ve provided specific delivery instructions (e.g, leave at the front door), we will follow them. If there are no instructions and a phone number is included, we will attempt to contact the recipient or sender for further guidance.
- We cannot make international calls, Whatsapp will be used in the event an international number is provided.
- If we can’t reach the recipient or the sender and the location is secure(shaded and away from draft), we may leave your package and a photos of the delivery location will be sent to the sender. Please double-check your delivery address as this helps ensure a smooth delivery.
- If a delivery redirection is required, a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply to all orders.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful, the flowers will be sent back to PraiseBlooms and a notification will be sent to both sender and recipient. No replacement flowers or refund will be provided if the flowers are wilted after being sent back to us.
3. Delivery Time
- Same-day delivery is available Monday – Saturday for orders placed before 12PM. Same-day deliveries are not available on Sunday.
- Orders placed in advance usually arrive before 2pm. Orders placed for same-day delivery can be expected to arrive before 6pm. Delivery time for the outer-Auckland regions to arrive before 8pm.
- For same day deliveries, we need 3-4 hours to deliver your flower order.
- Currently you’re unable to select an exact delivery time, but feel free to leave any specific delivery instructions or Contact Us about it, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Flower Care Instructions
From the grower, to our hands, to you – our reputation rides on delivering the very best floral arrangements.
Flowers don’t last forever but these tips will keep them looking their best:

- Clean your vase with soap to remove any bacteria that will ruin your flowers.
- Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle, under running water if possible. This creates a wide opening to the stem and opens it water pathways.
- Use warm water and let it sit for a few minutes so all the air bubbles can escape.
- Keep flowers away from fruit. Fruits produce ethylene, which will shorten the life span of your flowers.
- Place in a cool position. If you’re leaving the house for a day or two, you can put your flowers in the fridge with water. The cold reduces bacteria growth extends the life of your flowers.
- Keep away from direct sunlight, strong wind and air-conditioning.
- Maintain water levels and change the water completely every 2-3 days.
